Our kickboxing system blends Muay Thai and K1 training to form what we consider to be a complete kickboxing system. Our goal is to make our kickboxing classes practical and effective in MMA.

Our kickboxing classes are taught by Sam Pupic. Sam is a Black belt in Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do and also has years of Experience in both BJJ & MMA.
